Question, is the Federal Reserve similar to The Laegue of Shadows? Both try to restore balance to society. The League is doing it through force and the Fed is doing it by adjusting monetary policy. While technically the Fed operates publically, I went to a conference put on by the St Louis Fed last year and 90% of people had no idea what the Federal Reserve is. While the Fed is public, it is largley unknown and it has a lot of influence on the economy which influences society. I’m wondering if it is a bit similar to The Laegue of Shadows? I’m probably overlooking something, but I’m curious.
Hi Taylor,
If you got into the minds of the people who established central banks and/or run them, maybe it’s something like that. I think the lower level people at the Fed don’t believe they’re doing something beyond the surface apperance.
