The graffiti artist who goes by the name Banksy provides real life examples of actions that create unexpected value for property owners. Interestingly, the common assumption is that Banksy’s works become part of the building and thus become the property of the building owner. Nobody seems to argue that Banksy should be entitled to remove the work or claim a share of any sale proceeds.

You state that Stephan Kinsella’s previous appearance was on Episode 79. This is episode 316, equal to 79 * 4. The 79th element is gold and 79 * 40 = 3160 is the 79th triangular number, the golden triangle. The North Tower was struck at the 31600th second of the day per the official 9-11 Commission report. Tons of gold and silver were under the WTC. Episode 316 was on date 4-12, the death date of FDR. He made gold hoarders enemies of the state. The official gold price was $20.67 when FDR took office and $35.00 after his executive actions. 9-11 president George W Bush was (20 yrs 67 days) + (35 yrs 00 days) = 55 yrs 67 days old on 9-11-2001. The atomic symbol for gold is Au. Ludwig von Mises Institute is on the Auburn campus.
